Q: How many days you need to install the product?
A: Installing a traditional sofa takes 8 to 20 minutes. Most compressed sofas don't require installation at all; simply unpack them.
Q: What discount is available for purchasing multiple sets?
A: A discount will be applied for 1 or more 20GP containers.
Q: How durable is the product? How many years can it be used?
A: The product has excellent durability. The solid wood frame is covered by a 5-year warranty; for compressed sofas, the compression can be released within 6 months, with a 2-year warranty thereafter.
Q: How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the goods?
A: Determined based on our actual scheduling, the size of the customer's order, and the customer's port of destination.
Q: Do you handle delivery and installation?
A: We usually offer EX-WORKS and FOB terms. We can also arrange international sea freight on behalf of our clients, but the shipping costs and related risks shall be borne by the foreign party.
Q: How to handle quality issues?
A: It depends on the specific situation. Based on past experience, problems rarely occur during the warranty period. We keep ample stock of common, easily damaged parts.

Q: Will you attend the fair to show your products?
A: We attend trade shows every year, such as INDEX Dubai, imm Cologne, and MEBEL.

A: Customization is available upon request, but an additional mold-making fee will be charged.
Q: How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?
A: If the requirements are detailed enough, within one week.
Q: What is your products standardization?
A: Complies with EU standards.
Q: How do you pack the products?
A: For traditional sofas, we pack them in three layers: the first layer is a protective layer, the second is a waterproof layer, and the third is an outer packaging layer. For compressed sofas, there are two layers: the compression packaging and the outer packaging.
Q: What furniture materials do you use?
A: Traditional furniture uses high-quality imported pine wood, imported leather, fabric, foam, and other accessories; compressed sofas are made with additive-free foam and fabric.
Q: Are your shipping costs high?
A: Cheaper than using a freight forwarder. We negotiate directly with the shipowner, eliminating the markup charged by the freight forwarder.
Q: What countries have you exported to before?
A: In Asia, Africa, Europe, and America, we have customers everywhere.
Q: What durability tests has your product undergone?
A: EN4875.
Q: How far is your factory from the airport?
A: 13 kilometers, half an hour drive.
Q: What are the specific percentages and timing for the payments?
A: Pay 50% as a deposit before production, and pay the remaining 50% before shipment.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Jiujiang in the South China Sea, Foshan's only port, is located in our town. It's also adjacent to Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong - known as the world capital of furniture.
Q: Do you provide free spare parts?
A: We will include additional vulnerable parts as well.
Q: What is the age range for your products?
A: Traditional sofas are mostly used by people aged 20-50, while compressed sofas are more commonly used by those aged 20-45.
Q: Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
A: We have professional installation and maintenance manuals.
Q: Do you have a product catalog or detailed quotation?
A: Sure.
Q: Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A: We can provide sample materials, but you'll need to cover the shipping cost yourself. Sample fees for the products are also applicable.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: Within one week from the date the contract is signed.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 10 sets per design in a single color.
Q: If the delivery is delayed, what compensation or resolution do you have in place?
A: Before signing the contract, we confirm the delivery date with the customer. So far, there have been no instances of delayed deliveries.
Q: How sturdy is the packaging?
A: As long as a sharp knife is not used to intentionally cause damage, the product will not be damaged.
Q: Does it pass the UK fire safety regulations?
A: Yes, we will provide BS5852.
Q: How long after compressing a sofa or bed is the best time to decompress it?
A: Within 6 months of manufacture.
Q: How long after decompression does the compressed sofa take to achieve its optimal rebound effect?
A: Unzip after 72 hours.
